At MosaicTile, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home renovation projects. If your tile selection isn't the perfect fit, we offer a 30-day return policy on all unused and undamaged materials in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and select your order history to submit a return request or contact our customer support team with your order number.

  Prepare Your Shipment

  Carefully repackage the tiles in their original boxes with protective padding to ensure they are not damaged during transit back to our warehouse.

• 3.
  Label and Send

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup for bulk pallet returns.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team verifies the condition of the returned tiles, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
